Airsoft Giant Policy Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the customer NOT Airsoft Giant to be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Credit Card Orders
Airsoft Giant accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as form of payment on orders within the United States. We may verify orders with a different shipping address than the billing address by telephone, we do this to prevent against credit card fraud to the consumer and Airsoft Giant, and also to prevent minors from obtaining replica guns. If the billing or shipping address information does not match the one on record with the financial institution or if approval is not given for whatever reason, we may cancel your order without notice, if this is the case please call your financial institution to resolve the issue, they are the only ones that can help you NOT Airsoft Giant. Attempting to do a credit card chargeback for products purchased at Airsoft Giant not in compliance with our policies will incur an administration fee of $50 per chargeback plus the cost of the product and turned over to collections. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or damaged items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.
COD
We do not accept COD's.
AGE
You must be 18 years of age to purchase from Airsoft Giant, or older.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the United States, including Canada.
Shipping
All our products are inspected and tested either by the manufacturer or Airsoft Giant before they are shipped. We process all orders on the day they are placed; however, due to high volume of sales, orders placed after 11:00 A.M. will be shipped the following business day. Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is a high priority for us, we will email your UPS tracking number as soon as it becomes available, so you can track your order online. All orders are shipped through UPS, we can not ship to PO Boxes, Private Mail Boxes, or any Military Post Office (APO/FPO), please provide your physical address to avoid order delay or cancellation. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air. UPS does not offer ground service to Alaska and Hawaii, when at the check out cart please choose the appropriate shipping if we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We are not responsible for shipping charges or exchange shipping charges on defective items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.
All sales are final, there will be no refunds given under any circumstances, no exceptions. If your product arrives damaged, you must file a claim with UPS, if your product arrives and appears to be defected or malfunctions follow the instructions below for defective or malfunctioning products.
Damaged Products
All of our products are inspected and tested either by the manufacturer or by Airsoft Giant before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damage product from us, please call UPS within 48 hours from the day you receive the package and file a claim for internal or external damage, please do not discard the original shipping box until UPS has had a chance to inspect it. If UPS is unable to process your claim, then please submit an Email to request a DERAN (Damaged Exchange or Repair Authorization Number) and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you. However, shipping back to you must be paid in advance before a DERAN can be issued, we do not issue prepaid shipping labels, you the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling to and from Airsoft Giant or the manufacturer.
Product Defects
If your product proves to be defected or malfunctions, either the manufacturer or we will be happy to exchange it or repair it. In order to qualify for a defective or malfunctioning product exchange you must follow the guidelines below:
1 - You must Email customer support within seven days (7) of receipt counting the day you received the product to obtain a DERAN (Defected Exchange or Repair Authorization Number), no DERAN will be issue after the seven day grace period, no exceptions. In your Email you must clearly explain your problem for us to determine whether or not it is a defect or just a need for technical support, if either the manufacturer or we need more information an specialist may ask you to call our office to better help you. Some manufacturers operating instructions may be misunderstood or not translated clearly. Caution: Most airsoft guns malfunctioning issues are due to poor care. When this is the case, the purchaser may judge the product to be defective, especially if one is new to airsoft products. Airsoft Giant or the manufacturer will not be held responsible if such instances would occur.
2 - If we approve your DERAN (Defected Exchange or Repair Authorization Number) shipping back to you must be paid in advance before it can be issued, we do not issue prepaid shipping labels, you the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling to and from Airsoft Giant or the manufacturer.
3 - Defective items will be replaced by same model, no exceptions.
4 - A copy of the original receipt must accompany your shipment.
5 - Your product will be inspected upon arrival to validate the defect you are claiming, however, it may be returned to you without a new exchange or repair if the following occurs:
• The DERAN (Defected Exchange or Repair Authorization Number) is not clearly marked and visible on the exterior of the box.
• The product shows evidence of abuse.
• Disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
• Missing parts or literature.
• Original packaging missing.
• Introduction to foreign matter to inner or outer components.
• Removal or cover up of orange tip, it will be discarded immediately in compliance with Federal Law.
• A damage product cause by the purchaser, will not receive an exchange or repair. It will be returned to the purchaser immediately and you may be subject to a $30 per hour administration charge and prosecution for mail fraud.
6 - Please send your product via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily traceable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the defective or malfunctioning product gets to Airsoft Giant or the manufacturer.
Phone Orders
We do not take phone orders due to very long waits and credit card fraud.
