All of our products are inspected and tested either by the manufacturer or Airsoft Giant before they are shipped. We process all orders on the day they are placed; however, due to high volume of sales, orders placed after 11:00 A.M. will be shipped the following business day. Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is a high priority for us, we will email your UPS/FedEx tracking number as soon as it becomes available, so you can track your order online. All orders are shipped through UPS, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Private Mail Boxes, or any Military Post Office (APO/FPO), please provide your physical address to avoid order delay or cancellation. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air. UPS does not offer ground service to Alaska and Hawaii, when at the check out cart please choose the appropriate shipping if we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We are not responsible for shipping charges or exchange shipping charges on defective items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.
